Dear all,
A very warm welcome to the next and last issue for 2013.
This issue has focussed on exploring topical and diverse areas of law ranging from how to strategically approach reputation risks, reversal decision in Astro v. Lippo by the Singapore Court of Appeals, whether it is time for international legal remedy in India's long term dispute over Kashmir, what India could learn from the United States and the European Union in cement and tyre cartels, rise of the minority shareholder as per the Companies Act, 2013, Reserve Bank of India's guidelines for the licensing of Private Banks and a review of the Whistleblower Protection Bill, 2011.
The expert opinions deals with setting various key issues and challenges that are currently facing the aviation industry which is one of the world’s fastest growing aviation markets while the book review gives a detailed account of the Review of Robert Shiller, Finance and the Good Society.
