Opening Address

Dear Friends,

It is my proud privilege to welcome you to the 4th issue of India Law Journal which is a global law journal with a presence in 4 countries namely India, Singapore, U.K and U.S.A. I wish to inform you that India Law Journal will be coming out with a printed version which comprises of all the online issues by the end of the year.

This issue focuses on important legal issues like real estate, competition law issues involved in M&As, right to education of the disabled people in the International and Indian context and corporate law vis-à-vis litigation among others. This issue also has a book review on India and International Law. From this issue onwards, we have divided our legal wraps section into two segments namely "India" and "International" thereby providing our readers with legal news not only from India but also beyond India's shores.

I wish to express my sincere thanks to all those who have extended their unflinching support for the launch of India Law Journal, particularly our esteemed Board of Editors. I also wish to convey my sincere gratitude to the erudite personalities who have contributed invaluable articles for publication. Your feedback will be extremely useful.
