Gitanjali Saraf is an Advocate and former head of the Legal and Secretarial department of Perot Systems in India. In addition, she is in-charge of the legal and secretarial work for the 20 subsidiaries established in different parts of the world in North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific region, including Japan, Hong Kong, China and Philippines. She is the lead counsel for the Asia-Pacific region. This apart, Ms. Gitanjali Chawla is also a Director on the Board of Directors of the Indian subsidiaries of Perot Systems. Perot Systems Corporation is a Fortune 1000 corporation and is a member of the Forbes magazine's prestigious "Platinum 400 Best Big Companies" list.

Prior to joining Perot Systems, she was working with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, a premier law firm in India where she was heading the team looking after privatization, disinvestment and the IT Sectors.

Gitanjali Saraf is a member of the Bar Council of India, the Delhi Bar Association as well as a member of the In-house Counsel Committee of the Society of Indian Law Firms.
