Mr. K.S. Bagga was born on 26 October 1955 and pursued his education in Dehra Dun, Uttar Pradesh (now Uttaranchal). After doing his Masters in Commerce, he obtained a degree in Law in 1980.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and has been practicing law for almost three decades now.  He specializes in real-estate projects, which includes in its ambit strategizing, planning and laws/ regulations relating to commercial, industrial, residential, agriculture properties/ estates.  Mr. Bagga’s expertise includes comprehensive consulting in real estate matters all over India, including strategy formation, tax planning, drafting, conveyancing, due diligence, legal documentation, opinions, lease contracts, colonization, group-housing. His client base extends not only to corporate houses in India but also clients from all over the world particularly from USA, UK, Canada, Europe and the Far East.
